Delivery Information
We deliver Jupon products from the UK directly to your door. Below you will find our standard shipping information. The price for shipping will be displayed on the cart and checkout pages prior to making any payment. If you have any further delivery questions, please email gary@jupon.com.

Important delivery information: We keep many items in stock and these can be sent next day delivery, however some specialist items may take up to 10 days for delivery. If your order is urgent please call 01753 622922 or email gary@jupon.com to confirm availability before completing checkout.
All deliveries to UK Mainland above £250 pre Vat will be subject to free delivery.
Import Duties & Taxes
UK delivered products are duty free. For international deliveries the customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties / taxes. If an item is refused due to non-payment of the duty, then the order will be refunded less the shipping costs to recover the item.
Returns Policy
Refund Policy
Returned items must be returned in new, unused condition including the box / packaging and tags. Upon receipt of the item Jupon will process your refund within 48 hours. It may take up to 10 working days for the credit to be applied by your bank / card company. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item/s.
Return Shipping
You have the choice of using a shipping carrier of your choice to return items. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item/s.
Damaged Items
Let us know as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged during shipping, take pictures if possible. We will then assist you with a claim direct with the shipping company to cover the damage and get a new item out to you.
Returns Process
You can request a return by emailing gary@jupon.com. You have 30 days to return an item. Please do not mark or tape the original product packaging as we need it in new condition. Place the item in a shipping container, or the original shipping container. Retain your tracking information, we will email you once the item has been received and notify you of the next steps.
